As basically everyone knew, this plot was the last hurrah of this muse. With this, I am dropping Arthas.

Arthas does still exist out in the world, though, so people are free to assume he's off doing Lich King-related things in the background if it furthers their plots. Or he could be NPC'd, or someone else could pick him up, or I'm basically open to whatever here, so long as I don't have to play him anymore.

Still in with Shiki, for now.
