Caleb here and I'm bringing with me the God-Emperor of Mankind with me from that grand and glorious Warhammer 40k. AU history basically has him ascending to godhood upon death as opposed to being stuck on a golden throne like he was in canon. When his worshipers hit critical mass, he re-appears back on the planet in full holy gloriousness.

Which just happened with this whole Avshar thing. PEOPLE GOT SCARED AND PRAYED FOR DELIVERANCE.

And he has come to deliver.

AS FOR SOME PLOT THINGS

If you're playing a human character, it's perfectly fine and absolutely encouraged to see Emps as their god on the material plane. He is the God of Humanity, after all. But if you don't want them too, that's cool too and also encouraged.

For beastmen, the effect is a bit lesser since they're 'abhuman' but it can still happen.

For everyone else, he's just DAH EMPRAH, a psyker of great and pure strength. And he has a nifty glowing halo behind his head.
