Seto is a Commander to a portion of soldiers for the Kingdom of Amestris, though he will soon pledge loyalty to Hellsing once the situation calls for it, he also likes to tinker around with machinery, fun times.

All he needs is a little to go off of at first, even if it's just loyalty to a King or something knowing this game.
