This is Albiel, playing yet another morally gray character in the form of Lelouch vi Britannia, from that show with mechas and pizz--Code Geass. I've been looking forward to playing here for a while now, and hope I do a good job. He will be coming some time after taking up his identity as Zero, with a flashback on it at some point in the future.
