Handwaved CR meme and plottin

Hey guys! Bill here. Due to the nature of the game being heavily political and military in orientation at times, we sometimes miss some of the lighter moments of what characters do. So, in this post, post up your characters, and you can handwave CR with other characters as you tag them, explaining what sort of things they might do/run into each other on a day to day basis.

Garviel Loken: Dictator of Rome

Tag him here to describe what sorta things you do with him/ how you talk to him on a day to day level

Ever since he learned a teleportation spell, Levin has taken to appearing sporadically outside the Roman castle on a whim to see if Garviel is free for a drink. He's the unwelcome houseguest who never leaves.

Garviel doesn't mind and generally indulges him when he has time to hang out. The Ultramarines who are his version of the Praetorian guard are rather leery of Levin, though, considering him a layabout and leech, but they're too polite to say that even in private, or to their lord. They give him withering looks though.

Bards are immune to withering looks, though people who frequent Roman taverns may learn some less than flattering songs about large men in armor.

Celena would likely come across him in her visits to Rome as well as no doubt when he checks up on the progress of the repairs to the Skyfortress that he has Aibghalien and her currently working on.

Sounds good. He's a polite enough host but always surrounded by his praetorians.

Celena would always be cheerful and polite in turn, though curious as to his constant need for bodyguards she wouldn't comment on it.

Rome has a history of leaders being assassinated, if she lokoed into it.

She would find the bodyguards quite understandable looking into that fact.

How much does he know about Argon Coin? Especially since he was by Nero's side for a while?

Just that he is the annoying sister of Medea really :3

And Argon knows that he's one of the heroes of Dagaria, so he admires Garviel even if Garviel thinks nothing of him.
