Handwaved CR meme and plottin

Hey guys! Bill here. Due to the nature of the game being heavily political and military in orientation at times, we sometimes miss some of the lighter moments of what characters do. So, in this post, post up your characters, and you can handwave CR with other characters as you tag them, explaining what sort of things they might do/run into each other on a day to day basis.

Nanoha is a regular nine-year-old girl from Sawa. She also happens to have taught herself magic, with help from a few other kids (you can app someone in if you want and talk it over with me, idc) and some books, and then she became a Master and had grown adults out for her blood all the time but that's happily over with. She wants to help people. So yeah.

Garviel will be casually friendly with her.

Celena would be interested in Nanoha should the Arcaniss Institute have heard of her before, and may have even offered her a place in the Institute should she ever wish it. Otherwise she would be friendly, and wouldn't push the issue.

She's mostly kept out of the eye of anything like that, but considering that the Holy Grail War we ran in Act 1 was basically impossible not to notice, Celena might know who Nanoha is.

Really need to have a look back over the act one stuff personally as Celena came in at the end of act 2 but she would have been keeping an eye on the state of the world and likely the grail war so it's likely that she noticed.

In which case she may have sought her out in the time after the founding of the Arcaniss Institute, although if she seemed that she would rather be left be, Celena would respect that and keep her distance. How's that sound?
