Handwaved CR meme and plottin

Hey guys! Bill here. Due to the nature of the game being heavily political and military in orientation at times, we sometimes miss some of the lighter moments of what characters do. So, in this post, post up your characters, and you can handwave CR with other characters as you tag them, explaining what sort of things they might do/run into each other on a day to day basis.

Garviel Loken: Dictator of Rome

Nepos: Priest, Mage, Monk

Nepos regularly uses magic to help people out, with anything from healing to finding lost items to crafting potions. Perhaps he's helped you in the past!

Garviel probably gets in regular arguments with Nepos about the nature of faith and religion, but he respects his knowledge and scholarship. I'm imagining two old duffers who just constantly joust about things.

He is definitely the sort who would argue with someone forever without ever getting angry or defensive.

Loken will tell him stories about the old Belkan Iterators, and how similar they were in nature to Nepos. It will be nerdy.

Garviel gets drunk with Levin and tells him all the war stories about the Great Crusade. Suprising fact: Garviel is a really good storyteller, and Levin can probably bard his stories up and make them into amazing tales.

As Klarth is one of the teachers at onylith, and presumably has red and Hayate as students, he will occasionally call on Klarth and quietly check on their grades, almost like a big armored dad.

Roswell Branthese: Lord of the Black Rose, Necromancer

I'd actually be interested in seeing if anyone from Sawa or Dalaran wants to be previously acquainted with Roswell, as I've placed the Houses of the White and the Black Rose near the mountains off of Jergeth. They have a reputation in the area as a clan of magicians, but they keep to themselves. This is because the White Rose is comprised entirely of witches and the Black Rose of necromancers.

Klarth is only really qualified to teach magic theory, so Garviel may or may not care about what they're learning in that class.

One of Gaius's big passtimes is hanging out in taverns, so it's likely he's run into Levin doing his bard thing.

Ever since he learned a teleportation spell, Levin has taken to appearing sporadically outside the Roman castle on a whim to see if Garviel is free for a drink. He's the unwelcome houseguest who never leaves.

Garviel doesn't mind and generally indulges him when he has time to hang out. The Ultramarines who are his version of the Praetorian guard are rather leery of Levin, though, considering him a layabout and leech, but they're too polite to say that even in private, or to their lord. They give him withering looks though.

He'll probably have noticed generally that Levin has a different persona when he does his storytelling and singing. Also that he drinks like a fish when he's done.

Bards are immune to withering looks, though people who frequent Roman taverns may learn some less than flattering songs about large men in armor.

Levin, on the other hand, has probably noticed that Gaius drinks like a fish all the time, and that he sings along with Levin's songs when he gets extra drunk.

He's really bad at singing.
