Hellooo! I'm Andy, and with me I bring Schrödinger from Hellsing. He'll be running for Millennium of Amestris. He's a mouthy little catboy who also happens to be childishly sadistic. He's always smiling, and there's absolutely nothing he likes more than a bloody war, but pleasing his higher-ups with a job well done is a close second.

Oh, and he's "everywhere and nowhere", like Schrödinger's cat. He's a spy and and envoy who just wants to get his grubby little hands on all your precious secrets. All that being said, I'm looking forward to playing him with you guys!
