WHAT'S SLIGHTLY OLD IS NEW AGAIN

Hello, hello! This is Sam, Raisa's player, and this is a very different character. For one thing he's kind of scaly. And about 20 tons.

This is Temeraire, from the conveniently named Temeraire series in case you forget who (one of) the main character(s) are (though he doesn't get to enjoy that status until the fifth book which is lame). He's a dragon, obviously, of the Chinese Celestial breed, and somewhat special! ...in a world with no magic at all, anyway. Temeraire can basically be summed up as "the Napoleonic Wars with dragons as an air force", so there's no magic but a lot of gunpowder and fuzzy logic. Temeraire here only has his breath weapon and strength and ability to learn ten gajillion languages for now--he's only like five months old man give him a break.

The canon point I'm taking him from is from the first book;; he hasn't started on his world traveling adventures yet, he's busy following Kushana around like a puppy.

Speaking of which, after some plotting we have decided that Kushana's going to be Temeraire's captain in this AU, though he needs crewmembers still. Dragons in Temeraire's canon (at least the European ones) have crews scrambling around on them, much like a ship would. Please submit your resume here if interested!

 Hi everyone! 

This is Yuugao and I'm bringing in my second character! Rule 63 Ciel Phantomhive! Otherwise known as Celia♥ In the manga he worked as the Queen's Guard dog to take care of anything that may be bothering her in the homeland.

With permission from the current ruler I'd like for her to be able to do the same for Britain. Speaking of things that bother the Empire, now I realize I should probably approach Yume about her working out deals with Shen.
