The Women's Bracket has advanced to the next match! Current matchups are here. Please try to report in by the 27th.

The Men's Bracket still is missing some reports! It can be found here. While I won't penalize people for the first round, it is highly encouraged that players try to report the victory ASAP - the size of the Men's Bracket means that we'll have to be quick if we want to finish it before Spring Court ends. Remember, you do not have to have a fight completely logged to report. Currently the following matches need a reported victor:

Brand new and willing!

Hello! My name is Nica and I'm a brand new member! I'm bringing in my OC Tyrnen Monaghan who is a young mage with faerie blood. He'll be entering the game not long after having run away from his school and his family in order to carve a path and future for himself where he can feel free. He's based on a lot of classic fantasy, the Fools Journey and some aspects from the table top game Exalted.

A few things of note:
-Tyrnen is considered a child prodigy of magic. Though his fae blood is rather diluted he has inherited nearly all the recessives and his magic is as if he were pure blood.
-He stole a magic book from school called the Book of Words, it has a sentient spirit within that he calls Ira. The book is ancient and is filled with centuries of magic secrets and spells written in it throughout the ages. However he is unaware of it's true identity or importance.
-He is highly educated but has little experience with the outside world, however he is a quick learner and is willing to adapt to new situations.
-He will probably be making his way to the Nameless States from Jergeth (Specifically Dalaran) and will probably be heading towards Lerrian at some point soon, if not potentially first.

Yo.

This is gsai, a new player, here with Momiji Inubashiroi from Touhou Project. She's a relatively minor character in the franchise, so don't worry if you haven't heard of her... assuming you've even heard of Touhou. Either way, you can find more info about her here

She's coming in as a Commander, specifically the Captain of the Alilany Warders, which makes her officially part of Luna's Call. She won't be completely tethered to the town, of course, so expect to see her goin' about, bein' a wolf. Or something.

Anyways, happy to be here. It's all Sin's fault.

Tournament Round 1: Levin vs. Jace

The tournament had been progressing nicely so far.  He'd signed up on a whim, not expecting much out of it but a chance to practice his magic with some decent fighters.  While he felt a personal responsibility to ensure that his skills stayed as sharp as they possibly could, practicing on his own wasn't quite the same as actually wielding his magic in combat.

He was taking this about as seriously as he took anything.  His brand of insolence and cheekiness lent itself to gaining the favor of the crowd; the last match had ended with the poor sap being blown off his feet and right out the exit.  While he wouldn't describe the applause as thundering or even especially enthusiastic, he had, naturally, milked his victory for all it was worth.

Looked like things would be a little different now.  Jace Beleren...  The moment he'd laid eyes on his opponent, he'd known, of course, that the man held a Destiny Crystal as he did.  Levin smiles cheerfully and takes an extravagant bow.

"Let's make this a good one.  Ready?"
