Hey guys! DL/Wighty, player of Levin and Roswell here. As I mentioned here about a week ago, I've apped Klarth F. Lester from Tales of Phantasia! He will be arriving from some undetermined time in the past. Accomplished mages, scholars, and particularly Summoners may know him as one of the founders of the main principles behind conventional Summoning.

He won't be in any Kingdom for now, but I'm open to any ideas! I wasn't planning on intro-ing until after Spring Court, but I have a lot of free time these few days.
