Prof here, replacing one high-speed aerial teenage girl with another high-speed aerial teenage girl! Of sorts!
This is Aya Shameimaru from Touhou Project, my oldest active muse. She is a tengu (a fey, in this AU) and a journalist, although I use the term in the loosest sense. She will do anything to get a story, up to and including blatant fabrication, physical violence, and causing newsworthy events herself.
In terms of possible retconnings: Any other fey have a good chance of knowing her at least by reputation, as she's managed to offend more or less every faerie court at least once, which is why she's lying low in the human world now. Also, she's probably been running hershitty gossip rag newspaper, the Bunbunmaru News, for some time, so feel free to assume your character knows of or reads it.
