Hallo! This is Hedge and i'm bringing you Chizuko Mikamo from the obscure series The Daughter of Twenty Faces. She's the 13 year old apprentice/adopted daughter of a recently killed Robin Hood figure. The official story is that she's a kidnapping victim. Also her stepparents are trying to kill her to get her inheritance. The full story can be found at her app, here.

The series is quite good and should be watched by everyone! It has pretty, retro designs and actively avoids moe stereotypes. It can be found here in its entirety.

It's a possibility, although he's been killed people a lot on his own too. Feel free to shoot me an IM if you want to plot, its BeholdtheVoid. I'm more familiar with the early series than the later, I admit I was more interested in Twenty Faces than the other stuff so when he left the spotlight I kind of fell out of the series.
