Character 2 from Shini. This is Waka (or Ushiwaka in the Japanese version) from Okami.

He's a spy for the Kingdom of Sawa, and some other facts:

-Waka is much older then he looks, and has been kicking around the Empire for two hundred years.
-He's from the Moon.
-He also possesses the gift of Prophesy, but expresses in annoying riddles.
-Waka has a tendency to troll people even when he's suppose to help them.

Also permissions:

Prophecy: I'd only do it rarely and in very vague terms. Functionally they'll act more like hints for what characters should do next. Let me know if it's okay to prophetize for your characters or not.
