Hi hi~ this is Nica, so I just joined not even a week ago, but here's my second character. And the character that was originally being requested!

This is Shiki Eiki from Touhou Project. She's a judge for the afterlife, and she likes lecturing people and telling them how they're doing it wrong and how they can do it better. She's a neutral person who follows a lot of rules and regulations. She can also see things in black and white, though that's not exactly seeing good and bad as much as it's like seeing positive and negative. It's complicated and I don't mind explaining it in detail for anyone who has questions.

She has two items of note, one is the Rod of Remorse which can gain the weight of all the sins of a person once their name is placed on it. It is extremely heavy for that person no matter what. The second is the Cleansed Crystal Mirror which is a mirror that is the worst thing if you like privacy, it exposes your sins and various other stuff. These are tools she uses for judging souls so don't worry too much about their abuse. The mirror takes a lot to use anyway.
