Greetings! I'm Nekon introducing Desil Galette from Gundam AGE. He'll be a part of Amestris and the newest member of Millennium. I have a permission post regarding his mind control ability and would be happy to plot with people regarding that if anyone has any ideas. Naturally this can be used to make good people do any number of terrible things. He's not a very nice guy.

Hello! I don't know your canon, but he sound like an interesting character.

I'm Tetra and I recently apped this guy, Frey Falenas from Suikoden V. I think they will not get along at all whoops
