Void here with his 4th slot, despite the game not having been open for as many weeks. Meet Cecil Harvey. He is a Dark Knight and emo. But generally a bro, except when his lord is ordering him to murder people, which makes him even more emo.

He will be joining the Kingdom of Zeon, as well as serving as a member of the Imperial Guard.
