Her app can be found here for those not familiar with the canon. In a tl;dr move: This is a depressed little girl with the ability to kill just about anything she wants to just by looking at it.

But she won't because she is probably the gentlest thing on two legs. Except for that part where she can't fully control her abilities, so it's best just to avoid her and not risk it. OR DO and watch her freak out when you can survive~! (... For those people that can x.e)

She will mostly be keeping to herself in her family's compound with the giant, evil, cursed cherry tree at the far edge of Ibenna. Be careful~
