fallenbishopHey everyone, I'm Mister, and I'm bringing in Luc from the Suikoden series. He's "taken" from Suikoden III, in that he'll be serving the Church as the "Masked Bishop," a politically controversial figure who was hastily promoted, and with an obvious agenda. What that agenda is, however, is something nobody knows.
He's the bearer of the True Wind Rune, and in this game, was created specifically by Delacroix prior to his death once the True Runes began revealing themselves to the world. Only one other exists, but Sasarai may or may not ever be applied for, so his existence is left open, but vague.
Luc's generally an anti-social sociopath, but on paper and in public (despite rumors), he's loyal to the Church. Though, I can't imagine he'll get along with the Sacred Order very well, though.
